Applications:

1. The Flattening Of The Surface Carbide Button Generally Indicates That The Flow Energy Of The Hammer Is Lacking, Or That The Button Moment Is Insufficient. Inspect The Drill Bit To See If There Are Tiny Hot Streaks At The Bottom, Or Similar Snakeskin Patterns, Or Surface Cracks Due To Overheating Of The Carbide Button .
2. If This Situation Is Not Remedied, The Crack Will Cause Surface Debris And Eventually Lead To Complete Failure Of The Bottom. Before The Extreme Plane Width Occurs,
3. The Snakeskin Pattern Will Appear Under Specific Rock Conditions, And The Remedy Can Be Achieved By Lightly Grinding The Affected Area. Before The Drill Bit Is Repaired,
